The Exotic Bird Show features beautiful exotic birds from the Tropical Regions all around the world. This is a fascinating, spectacular view, as you see clouds of multicolored, twittering creatures flying all around in the air. The show is year-round and performed at the Carrot Club Theater in the High Sierra Territory.
The Ray Pierce Magic Show is performed weekends in the Magic Moments Theater. This highly spectacular and vibrant show from famous Master Illusionist Ray Pierce features scaring and thrilling magic combined with unimaginable illusions.
The Warner Bros. Kids Club takes place all the year round at the Looney Tunes Pavilion on the Six Flags Plaza. This is a game show, specially created for the little ones for an interactive participation and play with their loveable characters.
The Magic Mountain in Valencia even caters to Christian music fans. The event is called Hallelujah Jubilee and is held in the Golden Bear Theater in April. Another special event in the park is the Purimfest, which is the most spectacular and rich Jewish holiday. The Festival of Purim commemorates a major victory over the oppression and is celebrated throughout the world with carnivals, entertainment, face painters, costumes, masks and special food. The Purimfest at the Magic Mountain in Valencia is the World's Largest Purim Carnival with such highlights as performances by Julie Silver and Doug Cotler at the Golden Bear Theater. Kosher food vendors provide special food for the day. Arts and crafts for children face painters and youth choirs round out the festivities. The Purimfest is held in March.
The Annual California Cheerleading Championships is one of the premier cheerleading competitions in the country, organized at the Magic Mountain in Valencia since the park's opening in 1971. The High School and Junior High School Competitions are held in the Golden Bear Theatre and the Magic Moments Theatre in February.
A number of interactive educational programs at the Magic Mountain in Valencia are designed for both fun and learning. The students are invited to the park for the Physics Day, usually held in March. Exciting activities engage the participants into physics problems and competitions, while riding and observing breathtaking roller coasters in the park. There are also the Career Days and Math & Science Day. The first will inspire students with more career choices and self-building, featuring Chris Bowers, who is a professional storyteller and motivator of students with humor. The Math & Science Day allows students to participate in riding and answer written questions about the Six Flags Magic Mountain rides.
